We're also happy to discuss a custom rate for your book or series. As a new publishing house, we keep our fees reasonable—without the high costs charged by many traditional translators. Let’s find a solution that works for you.
Option 2
With this option, We take over the translation rights to your work. This means we handle not only the translation but also the marketing and publication in the Dutch market. You won’t have to worry about translation costs or distribution.
Revenue & Rights:
Translation Fee: Custom price depending on the wordcount (via a bi-monthly payment plan)
Royalties: 60% (Author) / 40% (Publisher)
Rights: You retain all author rights; we hold Dutch-language publishing rights for an agreed term

This option is ideal for authors who want to stay in control of their work, have a relative small investment spread out of months, and benefit from a professional publishing partnership in the Dutch market.
Option 1
With this option, you retain full ownership of your work while we partner with you to bring it to the Dutch market. You pay a low translation fee of €0.03 per word, and in return, we handle publication, marketing, and distribution in the Dutch market.
You keep your author rights, and we share in the revenue from Dutch sales through a 70/30 royalty split — 70% for you, 30% for us — reflecting your ownership and our investment in publishing and promotion.
Revenue & Rights:
Translation Fee: €0.03 per word (charged upfront or via a payment plan)
Dutch ISBN fees: €132 for a single ISBN or €36 each when purchased in a set of 10. Any unused ISBNs in that batch will be payed by other authors within our publishing house. If no other authors wish to use the remaining ISBNs, you would be responsible for covering the full cost of the batch.
Royalties: 70% (Author) / 30% (Publisher)

For all options, a draft contract is prepared in advance. This ensures everything is clearly agreed upon before we begin. Clear communication and mutual trust are the foundation of every successful collaboration.

Option 3
Prefer to keep full control over your work? Choose the standard translation service at a competitive rate of €0.05 per word. In this case, all author and translation rights remain with you. You’ll receive a professional translation, without any further involvement from our side in publication or marketing.
